At Botanique Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury skincare experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unopened products.

Return Process

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original botanical-themed packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized postage location; we will track the shipment for you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
